Guide 01
Opening Your Third Eye
A grounded guide to intuition, self-reflection, awareness,
and seeing beyond automatic habits.
✦
Introduction
The phrase “third eye” appears in many spiritual and
contemplative traditions. People often use it as a symbol for
intuition, self-reflection, awareness, and seeing beyond the
automatic habits that shape daily life.
This guide treats the third eye as one perspective and a
useful metaphor, not as an established scientific fact. You do
not have to force a belief system onto yourself to explore it.
You can simply ask: what happens when I become more aware of
my thoughts, emotions, reactions, and choices?
◈
What Does “Opening Your Third Eye” Mean?
For many people, “opening your third eye” means becoming more
conscious of what is happening inside you. It is the movement
from automatic living into intentional awareness.
Instead of reacting to every thought, emotion, or trigger, you
begin to notice them. You create space between what happens
and how you respond. That space is where choice begins.
Becoming less reactive when emotions rise.
Observing thoughts without automatically believing them.
Living more consciously instead of drifting through habit.
Listening to intuition while still using critical thinking.
◎
Awareness Changes Everything
So much of daily life can happen on autopilot. You wake up,
check the same apps, think the same thoughts, respond to the
same stress, repeat the same emotional loops, and wonder why
life feels familiar even when you want something new.
Awareness interrupts the loop. When you notice a pattern, you
are no longer completely inside it. You become the observer of
your own mind, and that gives you a chance to choose a
different response.
“The more aware you become, the more choices become
available.”
This does not mean you will never get triggered, stressed, or
pulled into old reactions. It means you begin to recognize the
moment when the pattern starts. That recognition is powerful.
It gives you a pause. A breath. A doorway.
✧
Daily Practices
These practices are simple ways to build awareness. They do
not require perfection. The point is consistency, curiosity,
and learning how your inner world actually works.
🧘
Meditation
People find meditation helpful because it trains the mind
to notice thoughts instead of chasing every one of them.
Start with 3 to 5 minutes. Sit still, breathe naturally,
and gently return attention when the mind wanders.
🌬
Conscious Breathing
Breathwork can help calm the nervous system and bring your
attention back into the present moment.
Try inhaling for four counts, exhaling for six, and
repeating that rhythm for one or two minutes.
📖
Journaling
Writing helps reveal the thoughts and emotional patterns
that usually move quietly in the background.
Begin with one question: “What am I feeling, and what
story am I telling myself about it?”
🚶
Mindful Walking
Walking with attention can reconnect you with your body,
senses, breath, and surroundings.
Walk without headphones for five minutes. Notice your
steps, the air, the light, and the rhythm of movement.
📵
Breaks from Stimulation
Constant input can make it harder to hear your own inner
signal. Silence gives awareness room to return.
Choose one daily pocket of time with no scrolling, no
videos, and no background noise.
☽
Quieting Mental Noise
Modern life can keep the mind loud. Information overload,
constant scrolling, pressure to respond, stress, and lack of
rest all make it harder to hear what is happening inside.
Quieting mental noise is not about rejecting technology or
disappearing from the world. It is about creating moments of
silence where your nervous system can settle and your
awareness can sharpen.
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest, drink
water, breathe, go outside, and stop feeding your mind more
information than it can process.
?
Reflection Questions
Tap a card and sit with the question for a moment. You do not
need the perfect answer. Let the question open a little space.
✺
Remember
Opening your third eye does not have to mean chasing dramatic
experiences or claiming certainty about invisible things. It
can be much quieter than that.
It can mean becoming honest with yourself. It can mean
noticing your patterns. It can mean listening to intuition
while staying grounded, thoughtful, and willing to question
your assumptions.
Take what resonates. Stay curious. Let self-awareness become a
practice, not a performance. The more clearly you see
yourself, the more intentionally you can choose who you are
becoming.
Guide 02
Breath & Awareness
The breath is always happening. Awareness begins when you
start noticing it.
🌬
Introduction
Breathing is something your body does automatically, moment
after moment, without you needing to manage it. At the same
time, it is one of the few bodily functions you can
consciously influence.
Many people find that intentionally slowing down and noticing
the breath helps them feel calmer, more present, and more
aware of their thoughts and surroundings. Breath awareness is
not about forcing a perfect state. It is a simple way to meet
yourself exactly where you are.
◌
Why the Breath Matters
The breath is always with you. It continues while you are
focused, distracted, emotional, resting, creating, or moving
through stress. Because it is continuous, it can become a
practical anchor when your attention feels scattered.
Breathing happens continuously without conscious effort.
When people intentionally slow their breathing, many report
feeling calmer and more present.
Breath awareness can become an anchor during stressful,
overwhelming, or distracting moments.
These are supportive practices, not guaranteed outcomes. Your
body, nervous system, and life circumstances all matter. The
invitation is to experiment gently and notice what helps you
feel grounded.
◎
Awareness Begins Here
It is easy to move through life while attention is pulled in a
dozen directions. The mind can get caught in endless thinking,
worrying about the future, replaying the past, or reaching for
constant digital stimulation.
Returning attention to the breath can interrupt those loops.
Not harshly. Not by fighting the mind. Just by noticing:
breath is here, body is here, this moment is here.
“Each conscious breath is a reminder that this moment is where
life is actually happening.”
A single breath may not solve everything, but it can create a
small pause. In that pause, you can observe your thoughts
instead of immediately becoming them.
5
A Simple 5-Minute Practice
Use this when you want a beginner-friendly way to return to
yourself. Keep it simple. The practice is not clearing the
mind forever. The practice is returning again and again.
Step 1
Sit comfortably.
Step 2
Relax your shoulders and jaw.
Step 3
Notice your natural breathing without trying to change it.
Step 4
If your mind wanders, gently return attention to the
breath.
Step 5
Continue for five minutes.
It is normal for attention to wander. Wandering does not mean
you failed. Noticing the wandering and returning is the heart
of the practice.

experience these practices differently, so stay gentle and
stop if you feel dizzy, strained, or uncomfortable.
☼
Breath Throughout the Day
Breath awareness does not have to stay inside a meditation
session. You can use it as a small reset point throughout the
day.
☀After waking up
🚗Before driving
💻Before starting work
🍽Before eating
📱Before opening social media
🌙Before going to sleep
?
Reflection
Tap a question and let it stay with you for a breath or two.
The point is not to judge yourself. The point is to notice.
Daily Challenge
7-Day Breath Awareness Challenge
Spend five minutes each day simply observing your breathing.
Afterward, write one sentence about what you noticed. It can
be peaceful, messy, distracted, calm, or ordinary. All of it
counts as awareness.
☽
Closing
Awareness grows through repeated practice, not perfection.
Some days your breath may feel easy to notice. Other days the
mind may keep running. Both are part of learning how to return
to yourself.
“You don’t have to force the present moment. Your next breath
already brings you there.”
Guide 03
Subconscious Reprogramming
The stories repeated most often often become the stories we
expect to live.
🧠
Introduction
Many of your daily thoughts, reactions, and habits become
automatic through repetition. You may feel like every choice
is fully conscious, but a lot of behavior is influenced by
learned patterns built over time.
That does not mean you are stuck. Patterns can change through
awareness, repetition, and intentional practice. The more you
notice what is running in the background, the more power you
have to choose what gets repeated next.
◌
What Is the Subconscious?
A simple way to think about the mind is this: the conscious
mind handles deliberate decisions, while many automatic
reactions and habits are shaped by repetition, memory, and
familiar emotional patterns.
In this guide, the subconscious is used as a helpful framework
rather than an exact scientific definition. It points to the
collection of learned patterns, memories, reactions, and
behaviors that can operate with little conscious effort.
The conscious mind makes deliberate decisions.
Many habits and automatic reactions develop through
repetition.
Learned patterns can influence what feels normal, possible,
comfortable, or safe.
◎
Autopilot
Autopilot shows up in daily routines, emotional reactions,
self-talk, habits, and comfort zones. It is the part of you
that reaches for what is familiar, even when familiar is not
always helpful.
Repeating behaviors strengthens them over time. The good news
is that new patterns can also be learned. Every time you pause,
choose differently, and repeat that choice, you begin building
a new pathway.
“Awareness is the moment you realize you don’t have to keep
repeating yesterday.”
✦
Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are repeated inner stories that quietly shape
choices. They can affect what you try, what you avoid, how you
recover from setbacks, and what you believe you are allowed to
become.
“I’m not good enough.”
This belief may make you hide your gifts, delay action, or
compare yourself before you even begin.
Ask: is this completely true, or is it a familiar story
learned from old experiences?
“I always fail.”
This belief can turn one setback into an identity, making
future attempts feel pointless.
Ask: am I ignoring the times I learned, adapted, survived,
or kept going?
“I’m too late.”
This belief may convince you that growth has an expiration
date, so you postpone the first step.
Ask: what would change if today still counted as a valid
beginning?
“I’ll never change.”
This belief can make your past feel like a prediction
instead of a pattern that can be interrupted.
Ask: what small evidence shows I have changed before, even
in subtle ways?
“I don’t deserve success.”
This belief may lead to self-sabotage, undercharging,
shrinking, or feeling guilty when good things arrive.
Ask: who taught me to connect success with guilt, and do I
still choose that belief?
5
Rewriting the Story
Reprogramming does not require pretending everything is
perfect. It means noticing the old story, questioning it, and
practicing a healthier one that you can actually believe.
Step 1
Notice recurring thoughts.
Step 2
Question whether they’re accurate or simply familiar.
Step 3
Choose a healthier perspective that feels believable.
Step 4
Support it with consistent actions.
Step 5
Repeat until the new pattern becomes more natural.
◈
Identity Shapes Behavior
Goals can point you in a direction, but identity often shapes
consistency. There is a different emotional weight between
wanting to do something and seeing yourself as the kind of
person who does it.
I want to meditate.I am someone who meditates.I want to exercise.I am someone who takes care of my body.
Identity-based habits can support long-term consistency
because they connect action with self-image. Each small action
becomes evidence for who you are practicing becoming.
✧
The Power of Repetition
Tap a practice to mark it as one you want to build. Repeated
practice helps reinforce new habits over time, especially when
the action is small enough to repeat consistently.
☽
Becoming the Observer
A thought can appear without being the final truth. Becoming
the observer means learning to notice thoughts without
instantly accepting them as facts or letting them drive every
reaction.
When a belief shows up, pause and question it with care. You
are not attacking yourself. You are checking whether the story
still deserves authority.
Is this thought helping me?
Would I give this advice to someone I care about?
What evidence supports or challenges this belief?
?
Reflection
Tap a prompt and give yourself a moment with it. Honest
reflection is how the hidden pattern starts becoming visible.
Daily Challenge
14-Day Identity Reset
For fourteen days, practice one intentional habit, write one
empowering belief, and reflect on one action that aligned
with the person you want to become.
✺
Closing
Growth does not always mean becoming someone entirely
different. Often it means practicing new patterns until they
feel natural, honest, and aligned with who you are choosing to
become.
“Your future isn’t built in a single moment. It’s shaped by
the patterns you practice most consistently.”
Guide 04
Raising Your Vibration
The quality of your days is often shaped by the patterns you
repeat.
✦
Introduction
Many people use the phrase “raising your vibration” as a way
to describe cultivating habits, environments, and mindsets
that leave them feeling more energized, balanced, and
connected.
This guide treats vibration as a personal growth framework,
not as a scientifically established measurement. The focus is
simple: notice what shapes your energy, then practice choices
that help you feel more present, clear, creative, and alive.
◎
What Does Raising Your Vibration Mean?
For many people, raising your vibration means becoming more
intentional about the patterns that shape daily experience. It
is less about chasing a perfect mood and more about building a
life that supports the version of you that feels grounded and
awake.
Thoughts, inner dialogue, and perspective.
Emotions, emotional awareness, and recovery.
Habits, relationships, and physical well-being.
Environment, creativity, presence, and attention.
“Small daily choices often become the atmosphere you live
inside.”
🧠
Your Inner Environment
Tap a card to mark the inner pattern you want to watch more
closely. Your inner environment is built through repeated
thoughts, emotional responses, and daily routines.
🏡
Your Outer Environment
Your surroundings influence your mood, attention, and sense of
possibility. The goal is not control over everything. The goal
is to become more intentional with what you can shape.
☼
Taking Care of Your Body
Your body is part of your energy system in the most practical
sense. Rest, food, movement, hydration, and nature can all
influence how you feel day to day.
😴
Sleep
Rest supports energy, mood, focus, recovery, and overall
well-being. Protecting sleep is a direct act of alignment.
🥗
Nutrition
A balanced variety of foods can help people feel their
best. Notice what supports your body without turning food
into fear or perfection.
🚶
Movement
Walking, stretching, exercise, dancing, or any enjoyable
movement can shift stagnant energy and reconnect you with
your body.
💧
Hydration
Staying hydrated supports normal body function. Sometimes
the reset you need starts with water and a slower breath.
🌞
Nature
Spend time outdoors when you can. Observe the sky, trees,
fresh air, changing seasons, and the quiet rhythm of the
world beyond screens.
Practice
Gratitude & Appreciation
Intentionally noticing positive moments can help shift
attention toward what is already meaningful. Gratitude does
not deny difficulty. It reminds you that meaning can still
exist beside it.
Three things you appreciate today.
One person you’re thankful for.
One small win you experienced.

Building Daily Alignment
This is one example of a daily rhythm. Adapt it to your own
life, schedule, body, and responsibilities.
🌅Morning: take a few conscious breaths and set
an intention.
🍽Midday: pause before eating and check in with
yourself.
🚶Afternoon: move your body or step outside
briefly.
🌙Evening: reflect on the day and write one
lesson you learned.

☽
Closing
Meaningful change often comes from consistent small actions,
not dramatic transformations. Each small choice becomes a vote
for the atmosphere you want to live inside.
“The life you experience tomorrow is quietly shaped by the
choices you practice today.”
Guide 05
Dominant Frequency
What you repeatedly practice often becomes the place your mind
naturally returns.
◎
Introduction
Many people use the phrase “dominant frequency” as a metaphor
for the emotional, mental, and behavioral patterns that become
their default over time.
Everyone experiences a full range of emotions. Joy, fear,
sadness, confidence, frustration, curiosity, and self-doubt
are all part of being human. Still, the habits and
perspectives we repeat often shape the atmosphere we return to
most often.
◌
What Is a Dominant Frequency?
It can be helpful to think of your dominant frequency as your
overall baseline. Not your every mood. Not a permanent label.
More like the emotional and mental home base your mind returns
to through repetition.
Optimism, curiosity, gratitude, and confidence.
Anxiety, fear, self-doubt, and guarded expectation.
All of these are human experiences, not fixed identities.
“One difficult day doesn’t define your life. The patterns you
nurture over time matter more.”
⇄
Temporary Emotions vs Lasting Patterns
Feeling sadness, fear, or frustration does not mean you are
stuck there forever. Emotions move through you. Patterns are
what get strengthened through repetition.
Temporary Emotions
Come and go.
Change throughout the day.
Respond to situations.
Are completely human.
Dominant Patterns
Develop through repetition.
Influence habits.
Shape expectations.
Can gradually change with practice.
✧
The Power of Repetition
Small repeated actions influence long-term patterns. Each
choice may seem ordinary in the moment, but over weeks and
months, repetition starts shaping what feels familiar.
☼
Protecting Your Inner Environment
Your baseline is influenced by what you repeatedly let into
your attention. Protection does not mean closing off from
life. It means becoming selective with what gets to shape you.
👥
Relationships
Spend time with people who encourage honesty, growth, and
kindness.
📱
Information
Be intentional about what you consume online and how often
you return to it.
🏡
Environment
Design spaces that support calm, focus, rest, and
creativity.
🧠
Self-Talk
Notice how you speak to yourself during difficult moments.
🌿
Recovery
Allow time for rest instead of believing productivity must
be constant.
◈
Identity Creates Consistency
Lasting change often comes from becoming someone who naturally
practices healthy habits, instead of relying only on
motivation. Motivation can rise and fall. Identity gives the
habit a place to belong.
I have to meditate.I am someone who creates moments of stillness.I need confidence.I practice courage even when I feel uncertain.
5
Building a New Baseline
A new baseline develops gradually. You are not trying to force
yourself into a perfect state. You are teaching your nervous
system, attention, and habits where to return.
Step 1
Notice your recurring emotional patterns.
Step 2
Accept them without judgment.
Step 3
Choose one small habit to reinforce each day.
Step 4
Repeat consistently.
Step 5
Allow your new baseline to develop gradually.

Becoming the Author
Life contains uncertainty, pressure, surprise, and challenge.
You will not control every circumstance, and you do not need
to pretend that you can. But over time, you can influence your
responses, habits, direction, and relationship with your own
mind.
Personal growth is not a final destination where everything is
permanently solved. It is an ongoing authorship. You keep
editing your patterns, listening to what life teaches you, and
choosing the next sentence with more awareness than before.

Meaningful transformation is often built through ordinary
moments repeated consistently. The tiny practices you return
to become the evidence your future self stands on.
“You rarely become the person you imagine once. You become the
person you practice being.”
Guide 06
Letting Go
Growth often begins not by adding more, but by releasing what
no longer serves you.
☽
Introduction
Letting go does not mean forgetting the past or pretending
painful experiences never happened. It means gradually
releasing the grip those experiences have on your present
choices.
This is not a one-time event. Letting go is an ongoing
practice. Some days it feels like clarity. Other days it feels
like choosing not to repeat the same old reaction one more
time.
◌
What Does It Mean to Let Go?
Letting go can involve releasing the inner weight of old
identities, unrealistic expectations, resentment,
perfectionism, fear of failure, and the need to control every
outcome.
It is not giving up. It is making room for what comes next.
Sometimes release is the doorway that lets your next chapter
breathe.
Old identities and stories you have outgrown.
Expectations that keep you locked in frustration.
Resentment, perfectionism, fear, and control.
“When your hands are no longer holding the past, they become
free to build the future.”
?
Why We Hold On
Tap a card to name a pattern you want to understand more
clearly. Holding on often starts as protection, meaning, or
familiarity.
⇄
Acceptance vs Approval
Accepting reality does not mean approving of everything that
happened. It means seeing clearly enough to choose your next
response with honesty.
Acceptance
Acknowledging reality as it is.
Recognizing what happened.
Choosing how to move forward.
Approval
Agreeing with harmful actions.
Pretending something was okay.
✧
Releasing Limiting Stories
Some stories sound final because they have been repeated for a
long time. A fixed conclusion can begin to soften when you ask
whether it is helping you grow.
“I’ll never change.”
Ask whether this belief protects you from trying, and what
small evidence already shows change is possible.
“I’m too late.”
Replace the conclusion with a possibility: today can still
become a beginning.
“My past defines me.”
Your past can inform you without owning your next choice.
“I always mess things up.”
Question whether one pattern has become an identity, then
look for one different action you can practice now.
◎
What Can You Control?
Focusing energy on what you can influence often reduces
unnecessary stress. You do not need to control everything to
live with more power and peace.

The Practice of Forgiveness
Forgiveness is delicate. It does not require forgetting,
excusing harmful behavior, pretending everything was fine, or
reconnecting with someone who is not safe or healthy for you.
Some people choose forgiveness because they no longer want to
carry resentment in their body. Others need time, distance,
boundaries, or support before that word feels right. Everyone’s
path is different.

Guide 07
Future Self Creation
The life you imagine is built one decision at a time.
✦
Introduction
Future Self Creation is the practice of choosing who you want
to become before your outer life fully reflects it. It is not
about pretending you are perfect or forcing yourself into an
unrealistic image. It is about becoming more intentional with
your identity, habits, energy, choices, and direction.
Every version of you was shaped through repeated thoughts,
environments, decisions, and actions. The future version of
you is shaped the same way: one small choice at a time.
One year from now
Meet Your Future Self
Imagine the version of you who has kept showing up with
patience, courage, and consistency. This person is not
separate from you. They are built through the patterns you
choose to practice.
How does this version of me think?
What does this version of me no longer tolerate?
What daily choices helped them grow?
What kind of energy do they bring into a room?
◈
Identity Before Achievement
Many people focus only on the result they want. But lasting
change often begins with identity: the way you see yourself
and the kind of person your actions keep proving you are.
Instead of“I want to be creative.”
Try: “I am someone who creates even before it feels perfect.”
Instead of“I need discipline.”
Try: “I am someone who keeps small promises to myself.”
Instead of“I hope I change.”
Try: “I practice becoming the person I choose to become.”
Instead of“I am behind.”
Try: “I can begin from the exact place I am standing.”
“Actions shape identity, and identity strengthens actions.”

About Joshenlightmint
Welcome. I'm Joshenlightmint, also known as syn_dos.
I'm a creator, musician, explorer of consciousness, and a curious
traveler moving through this strange, beautiful experience we call
life.
This space was created for those moments when you feel there's more
to reality than what appears on the surface. More than routines.
More than labels. More than the stories we've been handed.
Through videos, music, reflections, and conversations, I explore
ideas surrounding awareness, personal growth, perspective,
creativity, and the possibility that life becomes far more
interesting when we question our assumptions and choose our own path.
I believe that every person has the ability to redefine themselves.
We are not limited to yesterday's version of who we were. We can
learn new perspectives, develop new habits, create new stories, and
consciously choose how we show up in the world.
The name syn_dos represents that spirit of exploration. A reminder
that reality is not something we simply observe. It's something we
participate in.
Whether you're here because of the music, the videos, the
conversations, or simple curiosity, my hope is that you leave with at
least one thing:
A reminder that your potential is greater than your doubts, your
future is not written in stone, and life becomes a lot more
meaningful when you create it intentionally.
